Undergraduate Students

The Segura Laboratory is looking for highly motivated individuals who are interested in conducting research in the area of tissue engineering and gene delivery. Students with backgrounds in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Material Science or related fields are encouraged to apply to the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering graduate program.
Students must be officially admitted to UCLA Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Engineering Department or UCLA Biomedical Engineering Interdepartmental Program before consideration can be made to join the lab.

Graduate Students

The Segura Laboratory is looking for highly motivated postdoctoral fellows who are interested in conducting research in the area of tissue engineering and gene delivery. Students with backgrounds in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Material Science or related fields are encouraged to contact Prof. Segura.
Specific Qualifications:
	•	U.S. citizen or permanent resident
	•	Ph.D.
	•	Research experience in one or several of the following areas: synthetic chemistry, molecular biology, biomaterials, gene delivery, in vivo assays, tissue engineering
